The Company may earn up to a 90% working interest, in the Salar del Diablo Lithium Project in the State of Baja California Norte, Mexico, approximately 80 miles south of the U.S. border. The property covers a75,400 hectares or 290 sq. miles closed basin. On completion of the current pre drilling program One World Lithium will have earned a 60% property interest.
The claims are a concession from the Mexican government which requires payment of concession fees twice a year which are currently approximately $ 30,000 USD every six months.
John Hiner, geologist, identified the Salar del Diablo as prospective for lithium and is the Operator of the Company’s exploration programs. Mr. Hiner has been successfully exploring for lithium prospects since 2009.
