The Company may earn up to a 90% working interest, in the Salar del Diablo Lithium Project in Baja California Norte, Mexico, approximately 80 miles south of the U.S. border. The project is situated in a closed basin salar and covers 75,400 hectares or 290 sq. miles. Twenty-four surface samples contain an average of 74 parts per million lithium across 70 miles. After additional geochemical and geophysical testing, the Company intends to drill 4,000 meters in early May 2018.
John Hiner, geologist, identified the Salar del Diablo as prospective for lithium and directs the Company’s exploration programs. Mr. Hiner has been exploring for lithium prospects since 2009.
